What is Smart Leads?
Smart Leads is an additional module available for Smart Service which integrates your website with your Smart Service. This integration allows leads to fill out a “Contact Us” section on your website, which will notify you back in Smart Service. Information from the lead can be entered into Smart Service as a prospect or customer with one click of a button. Check out the video below to learn more.
Once you’ve made the purchase, a support representative will reach out to you with a manual and the code to embed on your company’s site. As a disclaimer, Smart Service is not responsible for the creation, development, or maintenance of your company website. If you don’t have a dedicated web developer to implement this code we highly recommend you discuss the implementation with the party responsible for the creation of your site. Smart Service does acknowledge responsibility for any failures directly resulting from the Smart Leads code.
Receiving Notifications
Any responses to the contact form from your website will result in a notification above the marketing section on your home screen. This notification will be visible to all users until the response is converted to a customer or prospect. Click on the marketing option to view the latest responses.
Once inside the marketing section, the first option on the left will say “New Marketing Leads”. Clicking on this option will display all new form submissions from your website.
Statistics regarding your recent leads are available in the “Lead Conversion Dashboard” option below.
Converting New Leads
Any information requested by your contact form will be displayed here. You have the option of clicking on and editing any of the customer’s responses before converting this individual into a customer or prospect. When ready, click “Convert This Lead” and choose to convert this individual into a prospect, customer, or link to an existing prospect or customer.
