Print Work Orders

If your company is using a paper process with Smart Service, then you will use the “Print work orders and get a map with driving directions” option available here in the office. This section will give you the ability to print off an entire week or more of your scheduled services at once.

At the top of the screen, you have the option to filter which employee(s) and dates will be printed. Once you’ve made your selections, use either the print or preview options to the right when ready.

For each employee selected, a “Summary Sheet” will be printed. The purpose of this sheet is to track the employee’s times for the day, any money collected, and give them a summary of what scheduled services they have. After each summary sheet will be the full detailed work order for each of their services.

When previewing your documents you have a “Print Preview” button in the top left-hand corner of your screen. Not only can you print from this window (shown below) you also have the option of emailing or saving the work orders as a PDF document.

Print A Blank Work Order

Click on this option if you’d like to send a blank paper work order or two with your technicians for times when they need to perform a service for a customer’s neighbor who was interested in your services or an after-hours work order. 

Clicking this option will open a work order preview screen where you can print as many blank work orders are you need. Use the print preview button to select your printing options.

Print Estimates
