Mac Users: Smart Service and its components are compatible with Parallels, however we do not install, set up, support, or maintain Parallels.

Because Macs released after November 2020 only use M1 chips that are ARM based, parallels will only be running the ARM variation of Windows. Microsoft’s stance on ARM Windows is that it is not officially supported in virtualized platforms and you cannot get licensing for it. 

As a result, Microsoft does not support Windows on any Mac computer released after November 2020. In this case, we suggest you instead use a virtual platform which supports Windows.
